Changes the item rarity of the two recently released DLC weapons to be “artefact” in order to boost damage.

Makes the Wise Katana and Authority Hammer artefact/orange level rarity in order to boost their damage and make them more useful at higher levels.

Note, this only effects the weapon record in your stash this will not effect the weapons if they are already in your inventory. If you have already redeemed these weapons you will need to wait for Techland to fix the bug with player stash preventing users from redeeming weapons after the timer has expired.
